Can I enable localization only for Sunblog without enabling content localization for entire DNN site? If so how? If not, what are the pre-requisites for content localization for Sunblog?

You should be able to download some available language packages here - http://www.sunblognuke.co...guage_packages.aspx. Now our module not support content localization yet.
