Support for ReCAPTCHA v2 1795 5

ReCAPTCHA version 2 is the 'I'm not a robot' checkbox instead of having to enter the text in the box. It works really well at keeping spam down (I use it on my DNN registrations page now). I'd like to see this added to SunBlogNuke. When I add my 'V2' key to SBN right now, the 'V1' box still appears.

Combine Categories (and Tags) for Custom RSS 1574 1

Our blog appeals to a wide range of users. Some of the content is technical or very specific to a technology (about SharePoint, Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com). Others is more related to a business area (Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital Workplace). So having one option to subscribe to our blog doesn't work. And, because many people are interested in multiple categories, we can't really do a single subscription by category.

Currently, the only thing we can do in the admin is unsubscribe users. Can you add the ability to add and edit subcribers (edit in case of mistyped email addresses).

Baldwin,Currently there is a 1:1 relationship between an entry and an author. We're at a point where it's possible that we might want to have co-authorship of a blog. I know the current iteration doesn't support this. Is it possible to add this request to the wish list

When the sync to journal is used and blogs are imported, the corresponding journal entries are not created. It would be useful to allow the imported blogs to also create the journal entries perhaps optionally or only if the sync to journal extension is present.

Currently, the regenerate permalinks is a blog by blog function (which is ok). However, if you have multiple blogs, having to go to each one and regenerate permalinks can be a pain. In addition to the blog specific regenerate option, it would be helpful if there was a button that would regenerate all blogs at once.

How can I set all posts (past, current and future) to be visible once posted
All future posts, currently, will only be posted on the date selected but I need to change that so that all posts are visible irrespective of the date.
Pse advise.

Hi,
In Active forums there is/was an 'enterprise' option called 'mail connector'.
This allowed posting to a forum via email, and receiving an email when the Forum was updated. With the advent of the new versions of the forum this capability has disappeared.
There are a number of modules that will send an email when a forum is updated, but none that I can see that allow posting to a forum.
Does anyone know...

I would like to see a box in the 'Post thumbnail' section when adding an entry that would allow you add a caption. It would be fine if it did not invoke the editor as long as you could style in there with html.
This token would be available in the slider too.
I am not sure how I would do this with a customfield. Is that the way to do this until it might be added as a feature

In addition to the admin panel, it would be good to be able to manage comments on the detail page - delete, edit, change level, etc.
Also the ability to search comments in the admin page would be useful.

I have a styling question regarding the search module.
My website has a large ‘Community’ page; the Blog is a child of this page. On the Community page, I would like to have the users able to search the blog, and so added a Search Module. I have noticed, however, that the Search Module automatically adds a drop-down menu to select from blogs on the site. Is it possible to remove this drop-down menu, as there is only one blog on the site

I think its better to split up the blog settings and blog entry's in the Admin console!
I want to give some authors publish rights, but they dont have to view all the settings...
Also a clean view in the blog entry page is more then Welcome.
Create a expand option to view all the expert options. And only the blog entry as default view.

Hey Baldwin,Part 1:Currently on a per blog basis, we can click on the author name to see the entries for that blog attributed to an author. Unless I am missing something (and I am hopeful that I have), there doesn't seem to be a way to view entries by one author across all the blogs. If there is please let me know.Part 2:No that we're in the age of social, many developers are using the console module as an entry point to seeing use specific contributions (i.e. pictures, posts, articles, etc.)....
