gallery Error! Could not generate a preview 2582 0

Hi,
I am trying to get a working version of oc8 with a gallery app. The latest attempt was an upgrade to 8.0.2 with galleryplus 2.0.5.
The only images in the system are the three stock images in the base load. When I click on files:photos I get the error message in an orange bar at the stop of the screen:
Error: Could not generate a preview of this file.
Please go on to the next slide.....
There are no error messages generated in the oc, php or ngnix logs.
I don't know how to proceed as there a...

Blog Posts Disappeared 1705 0

The other day all but the most recent of our blog posts disappeared from one blog. I not sure how to begin diagnosing this. Any advice would be appreciated.
The only recent change has been to a few permissions, as we implement a new review/approval process.
If you could give me any advice on where to start on identifying the problem, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

hey there
I have 8 or 9 albums all full with pictures and theres 2 albums that wont display the image thumbnails, all it displays is a broken image icon But i can view the images full size. the rest of the images are fine.
Could I please have some great advice =)

Hey
Ive been having problems with the galleryplus module, my client has been uploading a new album everyday and sometimes the albums wont upload any photos or they appear as a broken image, could i please have some assistance also when i sort the albums the reverse option does not work.
Please help

Hey There
I have used the Galleryplus module to display 8 different albums, I would like the description to display well i am hovered over each album like it does in album edit mode. Is there a way to do this
Have spend all day trying to make a new template with that feature in it and have not had any success. Help is much appreciated.

I am getting an error (Internal Server Error) when I try to embed a video using galleryplus. I use the suggested format of url and I title the video, and it triggers the above error and does not load. Do you know how to fix this Thanks

Where can I get more templates for the slider that the default ones that come with it I'd like to remove the title bar that displays over the image and maybe alternative navigation buttons.

When I try to sort my slider images and then click save I get a pop-up box that says internal server error. I can make all other changes throughout the site (like adding text and saving) and can upload new images to the slider but I cannot save my sort order. Can you help me please fix this

Where can I find directions on how to configure the slider for my home page Also, how can I choose from a variety of themes (might not be the right word, maybe templates) to apply to my slider Even if I go to template settings and say ribbon type none it still puts a white background behind all my images where I don't want it white. I made all my graphics transparent to see the red. Is there a place to download alternative templates to apply to the slider

I'm only selecting one album with albumId=11 but in the view it's displaying two albums (albumID=11 and albumId=1).

We have installed your Gallery Plus module on the DNN6.2 portal for a client. The client has uploaded various albums but now wants to sort them according to date (from latest to oldest). Easy enough as you just click and drag, but the gallery manager only displays a maximum amount of 5 albums and they have albums listed over two pages. How do they sort them when there's albums on page two of the Gallery management page
Is there a way to list all albums in one page inside the Gallery management ...

I've tried changing the js for the PrettyPhoto theme from .attr('title') to .attr('description'), but nothing seems to work!

Hi,
I have the settings in GalleryPlus set to re-size images to 640x640 automatically when opening an image, but for some reason it is not working, the image is still opening in its full size.
Any ideas why this might be occurring
